People were expected to go through a defined curriculum of formal education and structures of learning. This societal blueprint for economic growth was largely instituted by the start of the Second Industrial Revolution (Technological) The growth burst of factories and production line across Europe and the Americas require a well skilled workforce who could follow & comprehend orders in a timely and predictable manner. Universities were breeding grounds for groundbreaking research and knowledge democratization. Ambitious graduates started companies at the backdrop of their acquire knowledge and skills. The economic engine of the prosperity for large part of history had just begun.

This is the time to save the situation befalling us; we are slowly marching ourselves into perpetual servitude and bondage, if we don't realise:

1. Our governments and authorities must put in place policies that encourage value creation
2. Our youth and strong of society must commit their energies and talents to building the land of their birth
3. Sacrificing effort to put us back on track is not just an honour but a civic obligation

And more and more... Instead of sharing one piece of the pie, this is the time to put in maximum effort to bake more pies, create and build new industries. Invest in the technologies of productivity, understand science and technology is much different from religion and spirituality, and commit to renewing our minds for innovations and inventions. The time is now to bake more pies, lest we fall eternal servants to the owners and inventors of productive machines in this new age.
